Welcome to 5th grade, where we start each day with a smile and positive affirmation. Setting the tone with a constructive mindset guides students to focus on the daily goal of learning. While the students' educational emphasis is on mathematics and reading, they also apply themselves to other valued subjects, including: science, world history, language arts, and spelling. However, there are many other essential facets that balance their academic schedule such as: enrichment subjects, character development, inter-weaving of technological tools, experiential learning, and the daily practice of both their organizational and study habits to prepare them for their next journey -- middle school.
